An introductory course to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle. No matter what level of fitness you are this course will encourage you in making exercise a part of your lifestyle.

Discover the way to ‘start’ an exercise program and how to keep it going. You will be equipped with various fitness exercises ranging from cardio vascular, stretch and strengthening, calisthenics, resistance and endurance training. How to provide a variety of different modes of fitness to get you in shape and feel great too.

You will be educated towards how to make healthy eating and lifestyle choices and what it takes to live a healthy and well rounded life.

This is a great program to participate in if you are a bit shy about the whole fitness center, body image, muscle madness stereotypes. We keep our groups small, personalized and use positive encouragement to motivate you towards health. We  know that if you don’t feel comfortable you simply won’t show up again.

We’re going to give you what you need to overcome that first obstacle. You’ll be given the tools that will cause you to see fitness and yourself as never before.
