You will learn what your body is made of and what it takes to care for it.

Discover the 7 areas of health. Air, Water, Food, Exercise, Sunlight, Rest, Relationships. We will take the time to look at these 7 areas and how they greatly affect not only WHAT you are but WHO you are as well. You will learn the importance of each of these areas and how your quality of living increases when you use each of them properly and what they are truly intended for.

We will apply the health equation of Nutrients – Toxins = Health to these areas to increase well being; mind, body and spirit.  In acknowledgement of the time you invested into learning these vitals areas of health a certificate of participation is given to those who participate.

Education and support does not stop there. Our partnership with “i AM WOMAN” provides you continued education and resources to help you once you’ve participated in one of our extended programs.
