Get fit-stay fit in Thailand!  Whether you’re a newbie or an avid fitness buff here’s your opportunity to experience fitness with like minded people whilst visiting Krabi, Thailand.

No matter what level of fitness you’re at this day is zeroed in on overall health and personal well-being.  You will experience fitness activities in exotic and exciting locations, be educated towards how to make healthy eating and lifestyle choices, dine on delicious nutritious food, experience Thai culture and even be pampered with an authentic Thai massage.  This is a day of absolute HEALTH!

8:00 AM Arrival-Boost Juice
8:30 – 9:30 Fit 4 Life
9:30 – 10:30 Cultural Fitness Walk
10:30 – 11:30 Pool Cool Down (optional)
12:00 PM Healthy Lunch
1:00 – 2:00 Health Coaching
2:00 – 3:00 Rest & Relaxation
3:00 – 4:00 Tai Chi & Yoga
4:00 – 5:00 Traditional Thai Massage
